In the Hypercube "Skolkovo" there was one of the main start-up events of the year.

On June 2-3 2014 in the Hypercube "Skolkovo" just right under the open air the second international conference of the start-up companies and investors «Startup Village - 2014" took place.

The Youth Innovation Centre "SMENA" Director Ksenia Savvina presented her projects at «Startup Village - 2014", where he represented our University.

«Start-up Village» - is a global event in which scientists, entrepreneurs, innovators, government officials, investors, and students met to discuss the technological ideas and business projects.

To participate in the conference were invited both Russian and foreign representatives. Under their leadership, the panel discussions, workshops and other activities were held.

A distinctive feature of the «Start-up Village» is a communication in the informal atmosphere. All the conference participants had a unique opportunity to talk "without ties" to the investors, "business angels" and partners interested in Russian innovation about their project.

Last year the event gethered 200 of the best Russian and foreign start-up projects, pre-screened by professional experts, 2,000 representatives of start-up companies and teams from 43 Russian regions and 26 countries.

On the «Start-up Village - 2014" 320 investors, 260 partners, 150 journalists and scientists, entrepreneurs, innovators, students, representatives of large corporations, government officials and everyone concerned with the topic of technological entrepreneurship met.
